1. What Liftoday is
Liftoday helps you plan and log strength and conditioning training at the gym or at home. The free version includes training programs, guided workouts, logging and progress. Liftoday Premium adds features described in the app, such as the AI planner that proposes each session from your history. We keep improving the app, so features may change; we will not remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair remedy.
2. Your health comes first
- Liftoday gives general fitness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or qualified coach.
- Talk to a doctor before you start training if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or are unsure whether exercise is safe for you.
- Stop an exercise if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath, and seek help if it does not pass.
- Suggested weights, repetitions and sessions, including those composed by the AI planner, are estimates and can be wrong. Choose loads you can handle with good technique, use a spotter or safety equipment where appropriate, and use your own judgement.
3. Who can use Liftoday
You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Liftoday Premium subscriptions
- Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices, the billing period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- If your plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The subscription then renews automatically for the same period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
5. Using the app fairly
You may use Liftoday for your own personal training. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content (including exercise demonstrations and texts), try to break its security, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, or overload or misuse our services, such as the AI planner.
6. Your data
Your training data is stored on your phone. Because it is stored only there, deleting the app or losing your phone can delete it; use the export in the app if you want a copy. How we handle the data that does leave your phone is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Our content
The app, its design, texts, exercise demonstrations and software belong to us or our licensors. Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them within the app; it does not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and test versions
We work to keep Liftoday running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. The AI planner needs an internet connection; when it is unavailable, the app plans your session without it. Test versions (for example those offered through Google Play testing) may be unstable and may change or stop.
9. Liability
We are liable under the law for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health where the law does not allow this liability to be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by following training suggestions against the precautions in section 2. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country. If you have a complaint, please email us first; we will try to resolve it. For out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, you can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz).
